Leadership Development:

The Pastoral Ministry of the association seeks to provide fellowship, encouragement, and current information for our pastors with a monthly Ministers' Fellowship Luncheon.  The luncheon is rotated each month between Richmond and Berea at local restaurants.  This ministry also promotes Pastor Appreciation Day and the Mountain Missions Conference, and gives special recognition to all new pastors and staff.
